This bespoke masterclass teaches you the importance of nutrition for the skin, giving you deeper insight into how to care for your body on the inside, to better improve your outer protective barrier, the skin!

This lesson is all about the skin, inside & out, what do I mean by this? Let me explain.

If you eat unhealthy foods on a regular basis, like overly processed food, fizzy drinks, lots of caffeine, alcohol, chocolate, sweets, cakes etc… All of this will eventually show up in your skins appearance.

That’s where I come in, I can teach you about the right nutrients and healthy lifestyle choices essential for your skin & well-being, encouraging that beautiful healthy glow, exactly what you have been searching for.

I will dedicate 2 hours teaching you the importance of healthy food for your skin & inform you on skincare tailored specifically for your skin type, to help you to achieve a beautiful canvas so you can acquire the best results from your makeup. I will also help you develop the perfect makeup routine that is unique to you.

This class is tailored to each individual to help broaden your knowledge to get the best out of your skincare & makeup products (or you may be a complete novice, but would like to explore the world of makeup), sharing tips and techniques that professional makeup artists use today!

On the day, once I have established your nutrition and skincare needs, I will go through your makeup (if you have any) and establish what makeup does and doesn’t work for you. 

I will advise you on a new look or help you explore the makeup you already have, but have no idea how to use. 

I will also advise you on makeup that you could benefit from, enhancing, but not masking the natural beautiful you, while still maintaining your individuality.

This can be carried out in a warm friendly environment @ The Greenwood Community Centre, 1 School Road, Hampton Hill, Surrey or a venue of your choice.
