FACE YOGA CHANNEL & FLO - 4 WEEK MASTERCLASS @ GREENWOOD COMMUNITY CENTRE, HAMPTON HILL

This 4 week course will bring great benefits to your skin by improving circulation and cell turnover, by delivering more oxygen & nutrients to the skin cells, giving you more of a dewy radiant glow. 

More than this, with consistency, it will improve face & neck muscle tone and firmness, improve facial alignment and reduce wrinkles, toxins, improve skin texture & sagging. 

I have also included other alternative practices in my class (breathwork, face, neck & facial massage, pressure point technique, lymphatic drainage, vagus nerve stimulation, EFT (tapping), Qigong movement and mindfulness meditation) to instil a mental, physical & spiritual calming effect to your everyday practice, to help find balance, focus, but mostly release any stress and anxiety build-up from a possible chaotic or busy lifestyle.
